Our Story

We’re more than just a restaurant—we’re three New Mexico State football alumni chasing a dream. One of us raised in Hawaii and Alaska, another from Samoa, the other in Louisiana, and together we brought our roots to the table. That’s how our food became a blend of bold Cajun spice and island-style comfort. Locally owned and built from the ground up, our kitchen is fueled by teamwork, coaching, and the love of sharing good food with our community.
